Top location, perfectly clean, amazing bed, welcoming staff. Location close enough to restaurants, train station and the waterfront. Service was good, no complaints...

The hotel was fairly clean and cosy with good wi-fi. The staff team was superfriendly at any time. Its location was central, walking distance to Piazza Acquaverde. Loved to be minutes from a railway station👌😃

Magnificent location and pleasant stuff. A nice size room, yet the views where not so great. I loved Indonesian cuisine served here. Hotel was centrally situated for one night in Genoa.
The bathroom I had was cold.

We were there for romantic stay and had a really nice stay. Warm room, very professional staff and MARVELLOUS views. Handy location, not too far from spianata castelletto.

Worth its 3 stars. It was nice to have sunny balcony. Only 15 min walk to downtown.

Liked that we had a heating system, an individual safe and pay TV in the double room. Found Tralalero, set minute walk from the hotel, ate there a few times.
We had not included breakfast.

This time it was an excellent stay for us. Room was a great value. Loved that this hotel was around 4-6 minutes walk from Principe metro station. No better place than Venue Genova.
